Fixes and Improvements

Global FFmpeg Settings

FFmpeg configuration now lives in Settings and is shared across Convert, Analyze, and Delivery. If you use a custom FFmpeg binary, you only need to set it once, and the app will also look for ffprobe in the same directory.

Better VMAF Analysis Workflow

The Analyze flow now makes the reference-versus-distorted setup clearer, adds browse actions for both files, validates that you are comparing two different files, and surfaces recent job outputs so it is faster to run comparisons after an encode or delivery job.

Convert and Delivery Cleanup

Convert and Delivery now point users to the global FFmpeg settings when FFmpeg is missing, and the Delivery engine panel makes it clearer which packaging engines are not available in the current build.

UI Polish

This release also includes wording updates, job/progress presentation improvements, and a small sidebar layout spacing fix to clean up the workspace.
